Your doc / pulmonary are the best people to give you guidance about your medication and your light headedness. I do think that you felt like you almost passed out should be communicated to your medical advisers.

Also we joke around, so don't be put off, and we love each other. And lately we listening to music....and sitting by the oceans, lakes, pool sides, and just kooling off...........come sit by us and be kool....breath easy....

I see you're on a blood pressure medicine. Enalapril can cause a little dizziness until you get used to it. But it sounds like you are getting used to things now, so that's good.

I agree with Sue. You should see a Cardiologist. It seems that CHF
(Congestive Heart Failure) sometimes goes along with COPD. When you saw the Pulmonologist, did he/she do any tests like Spirometry? That test can determine the presence and severity of airway obstruction and to what degree of decreased lung function you have.
