Please mention my son, Chris, in your prayers. He's a long distance truck driver and is now driving through the horrible weather that is engulfing most of the US. This is his first winter as a truck driver, and I'm really worried for him. Thank you!

Prayers for your son. I've made it through too many horrific winter storms to count - some required my guardian angel, and together we made it - all I needed to do was take it easy and be smart.)

I know exactly how you feel - I too have a son who I worry about when he's driving long distances; even when it's the middle of summer. (Geez! he's in his forties - things my Mother never told me!)

I remember how I felt the first year my son was over the road. I believe that their training is designed to help them use better judgment in bad weather situations.

I agree Promisses..they are always our babies. I worry about my 35 year old son driving around Waco, or driving to Austin.especially in bad weather. Prayers for Chris for a safe trip and a safe trip home, and for everyone that has to be out in this terrible weather.

I have gone into hibernation Mode here in Texas. It is to cold to even think and I guess I can use that as an excuse,,,,

I heard from my son and he had a very close call yesterday...but he came through it! I have no doubt it's because of all the prayers going up for him from all you wonderful people! Please continue to pray for my son.

BTW, my son is 32, and yes, he will ALWAYS be my baby, no matter what age.
