Narcissism is oretty much terminal. They don't, can't or won't see themselves as part of the problem. There is almost no hope they will really heal because they believe they have the right to abuse others for their narcissistic suppply.
They are more like addicts than any mental health issued person. They need others to use for their emotions. They use otherthe way adicts use drugs. There is purpose fo opiates. Surgery, recovery from injury are the purpose of them. Addicts abuse them AND society by using them selfishly for a purpose that serves only themselves. Humans are in relationships for mutual support. Narcissists take that mutual support and abuse it for their own selfish needs to the extreme detriment of everyone around them.
Therapy wont help. Nothing you sY or do will help. Any change you see is temporary to keep you trapped in their circles of influence. They are masters manipulators.
Most peole choose no contact to stop the abuse. Just lije with addicts who choose adiction over interpersonal relationship, narcissists will do anything to continue to use people for their supply.
