Chronic Pain Support Group
Physicians and professionalsdefine pain as chronic if it lasts longer than three to six months and is persistent. It's distinct from acute pain that is a direct result of injury or trauma. This support group is dedicated to those suffering from chronic pain. Discuss treatments that have worked for you, find advice for your specific experience, and find support. You're not...
I seem to always find myself in a baggy shirt and shorts the moment I get back to my apartment from the two college courses I am trying to get through.
And all the walking I do is on campus to move from my handicap parking spot to the classroom and back and even after that I have to wear ankle and knee braces lean so heavily on my cane that the joints in arm scream and I have to change arms and am out of breath. So if someone wanted to mug me I wouldn't even be able to get two feet before I fell but the joke is on him because he would have to do it in front of a whole bunch of college kids. XP
I do remember being a tom boy and wearing jeans and sweats and a lady walked by and whispered loudly " is that boy or a girl"
Never wore sweats after that , till this injury. Now love them.
Funny story I found a sweat suit I loved, but the bottoms were $395.00 and the hoodie was $559.00. Sorry but I did not buy it!
Dixe, my kids use to say slow down, now it is are you coming or just sitting in the car!
Ha, ha, ha:-)
As for hoodies I have a collection, I love them. I only wear the hood up if its raining or really windy. My favorite is a white zip-up hoodie I bought for myself as a graduation gift from college 6 years ago - I still have it and wear it often. I love the idea of a DS hoodie, can we make a suggestion to DS to add one to their store?
Love the pink underwear, but what about the males on this site?
And...Sunnybunny, YOU didn't hijack anything, my dear!
Now I am picturing a whole group of us, wearing black hoodies, walking, limping.hobbling, scooting down a street at night! I'm thinking I'd feel pretty damned empowered!!!!
Of course, I'd bring Ricky, my Chihuahua (also wearing a hoodie) just to be on the safe side...
The day I go anywhere in pink undies!!!
Tigg, you are right, I just watched a video of walmart shoppers, OMG! Unbelievable....maybe pj's aren't so bad after all!
I'll go for the pink hoodie though:)
