I am thankful that my neurosurgeon hit the right place last week when he did a nerve root block. I could not have Thanksgiving with my family otherwise. I am grateful for small victories and for friends who get me. Many are on DS. I'm most grateful for my faith which led me here. And last but certainly not least, my loving husband and kids.

i am thankful for my care provider my hubby my pal, my kids my pets family and friends...im thankful for the internet and a means to be apart of such a wonderful site such as this, medication to treat what ails me my home my local mental health program thats keeping me afloat...the list goes on and on and on

Family and that includes both birth, adopted, and acquired. My spouse and his love and acceptance, caring and understanding. My 87 yr. old Mother whose birthday is tomorrow and how she has survived over 40 years from ovarian/breast cancer and a stroke. Her love for family and my Father soon to be 88. He is also a JRA/RA/Stroke survivor.
The amazing resiliency of our adopted special needs children now adults living with medical issues and showing love to everyone.
My faith never leaves me and that is something I will always be thankful for as this cp site. Strangers that have become friends.

I am thankful for my gorgeous son and beautiful daughter. I am thankful for my husband who has faithfully been by my side since the start of this journey. I am thankful to Jesus for giving me 36 years to live for Him and share His love with others. I thank God everyday for the family I found here to help support me when others gave up. I thank God for providing me with a loving mother to adopt me and sisters who love and accept me for who I am.
