when it goes to 2 pages, i lose track - yes princess bride, used to have that dvd.
all alfred hitchcock b/c he could be suspenseful without being gross.

about anything she's done is high on my list. i haven't seen much in the last few years though.

Ok I love the twilight series, LOL. I also love thriller movies and my all time favorite is silence of the lambs. Nothing to me is better then watching a sort of true crime movie about a serial killer.

I cant just sit and watch tv I have to do something with my hands weather it be on the computer or embroidery, I just can not sit and watch something or I will fall asleep. I am trying to learn how to crochet to give me something else to do while I watch.

Anything with Streisand, especially The Way We Were and A Star is Born. The Rose with Midler, and Down & Out in Beverly Hills- hilarious! Color Purple, Ghost, Meet Me in St. Louis, Wizard of Oz, Gone with the Wind, The Big Street; For the Boys with Bette Midler, (Okay, I'm a huge fan of Garland, Midler, Stresiand and Minnelli. Deal with it, LOL!) Oh yeah- Arthur (the original but also liked the remake) and Cabaret, The Bodyguard, and I LOVE Tyler Perry as Madea. If I want a laugh I can screen just about any of his films and know I'll feel better. Madea goes to Jail was TOO funny. And Queen Latifah surprised me in "Last Holiday" one of the funniest movies I've seen in years. Kudos to Timothy Hutton who played a real jerk in that movie. Also Terms of Endearment- Shirley Mac Laine advocating for her daughter was heartbreaking and real. I had to do the same with my own mom so many times when they would just show up late with her pain meds at the end. Boys on the Side with Drew Barrymore, Whoopi, and Mary Louise Parker is another fave.

yes, this reminds me of some i haven't seen in a long time. it's not always possible, but when i can focus, some foreign films, esp Il Postino and Life is Good.
i'm almost always on the computer or doing something in the kitchen when a movie is on.
Wizard of Oz, Dr. Zhivago, Gone w the Wind, Marilyn Monroe movies, too. she was under-rated.
i love dvds so i can pause when my attention goes.

Ah heck, I can't remember off hand the names of movies either- but I like pretty much anything with "Diane Lane" " Meryl Streep" ( I know everybody says that and its cliche' but she truly is the only actress that every character she plays... I get lost in and forget WHO she is... ) I can usually tell when someone is "acting."
She was phenomenal in "Sofies Choice" and " Bridges of Madison county."

Props to Mr. Clint Eastwood who starred in and directed "Gran Torino..." REALLY GREAT MOVIE...

Animated... huge "SHRECK" fan....

"Paper Moon" Acting....Ryan and Tatum ( she was also incredible - acting off her dad - they were so good together.)
