Then I got lucky, For me and my symptoms, NeuroCranial Restructuring has helped me so much, i now sleep without meds, and though I do wake frequently, i can usually get back to sleep so much better.
hubby has graciously volunteered to take our itchy dog and both sleep on the comfy guest bed b/c I sleep better when I have room & know I won't disturb anyone when it takes me 5 minutes to roll over and resituate.
I feel so bad having him leave our upstairs bedroom but I think we are all sleeping much better.
but as far as me leaving the room, nah, I can barely do the stairs needed to get to another place to sleep.
Hey, ever heard that joke,
You might be a redneck if your husband tells you to scooch over so the dog can have more room.
If I get 6 hours at night that is great not happen much
It is my husband who has sleeping issues. His mind just goes and goes,,he reads, watches tv..I have to pretty much beg and plead for him to please let me sleep.
Also, the two kids have already climbed in and many a night I find myself lying at the foot of the bed in a ball. Those nights are never easy..I have times though when the pain takes over and the meds do nothing. Those nights I am up, down, all around...I understand but usually sleep pretty good!!
Happy Easter Everyone!!!
Stay medicated!!! Here's to a stress-free weekend!! xo
I just listen to music and eventually will drift off into usually a dreamless sleep!
