Chronic Pain Support Group
Physicians and professionalsdefine pain as chronic if it lasts longer than three to six months and is persistent. It's distinct from acute pain that is a direct result of injury or trauma. This support group is dedicated to those suffering from chronic pain. Discuss treatments that have worked for you, find advice for your specific experience, and find support. You're not...
Add to my pain, the fact that I snore, am waiting for my CPAP machine to be delivered, am restless and am up at least 3 times a night, he'd never get any sleep either - so he should consider himself lucky that I sleep in another room!!!
Take care,
I got some cheapo earplugs. They are small little earplugs (like foam) stuck 'em in my ears and problem solved.
I do understand your husband's thinking he thinks you don't care for him, or what he wants, or love him because he sleep alone. I was very mad at my wife and we fought about it all the time until she finaly got mad and said fine I will prove it to you. she came to bed and after the fith time she woke me up because of my snoring I said I was sorry and said I will never get mad at you again and I never did. So do that to your husband, sleep with him and wake him up everytime he snores and then ask could you sleep like this, it worked for me
My ex snoored very loud I used the foam ear plugs they work pretty good for me.
BTW one of our dogs certainly does snore almost as loud as he does....well she is HIS dog......LOL
What I would like to get when we replace our current bed is one with separate mattresses but with the one base. Sleep together without having the constant movement - his or mine - disrupting the other.
