I passed out in my recliner last night after not being able to sleep for a while & woke up at 8AM. It usually takes 3 cups of coffee & my meds to kick in before I do anything & after sleeping in that chair, I really had to pull it together.
Today is a pre clean up day for me as I have friends coming tomorrow to help me clean my home. Without them living alone, I don't know what I would do. I know I am blessed.
Sunday I have a canoe trip planned with a couple of friends; a slow, do it at the pace I can day. I am so thankful the sun has come out & I'm starting to get out more even feeling better due to the great weather.
I hope everyone is doing well as can be & think positive about your day even if it's not a good one for pain.
Otherwise, I'm doing ok today and my knees are asking me to lay back down and rest. I try to listen to the pain, so I'm back to resting.
Peace!
I hope everyone sleeps well tonight.

I got really good news on June 1st, but it was so unexpectantly shocking, that I'm having a hard time processing it!!
Sounds strange I know, but that's what I'm dealing with.
