Physicians and professionalsdefine pain as chronic if it lasts longer than three to six months and is persistent. It's distinct from acute pain that is a direct result of injury or trauma. This support group is dedicated to those suffering from chronic pain. Discuss treatments that have worked for you, find advice for your specific experience, and find support. You're not...

Dont worry about anything else just like when we were teenagers and could go on vacation on a drop of a hat. Now I need to plan things out weeks in advance to go away for a weekend. Ah what youth would be like again the road trips and vacations and cocktails, oh wait maybe not those no mixing meds and alcohol but have a good time anyways.
Here's to a good time!
Blessings, Sammy

Travel is extra hard on us. You can't just sit when you are in pain if they call your flight.
Standing on the jetway waiting is painful and no one cares.
You can't stand on take off just for pain.
Can't stand on landing just because of pain.
Worse travel always causes my regular bowels to slow down.
I don't take break thru's when I am traveling so I can stay alert to follow directions. Once I get to the hotel, then I relax.
Good luck
Sunnybunn- I am a travel consultant and writer, which is why I was obligated to go. I go for 4 -5 days a month somewhere, and usually 1-2 trips to Europe a year. It's getting harder as my son grows up. At 2 he knows I'm gone and seems to grow in a few days! Don't know how long I'll keep doing it.
