Hello sweetiepie i go from narcos, gabapentin and muscle relaxers then i walk the floor for a minute to ease the pain. Yes yes 3-4 hours of sleep is hard yes i sleep in my recliner too. Me to i have fibromyalgia which is painful but this nerve damage from my neck to my butt and pelvic is the worst, my right arm goes weak.
