Hi. I don't know if I've posted in the right place, it's been a while since I've been online. I was diagnosed with nerve damage from radiation and have been taking Norco 10-325. Problem is my GP left the state suddenly so my oncologist is helping for now. I haven't found a new doctor yet and the oncologist said this would only be temporary. 2 questions: What is the best way to find a doctor in Michigan who isn't scared to prescrbe what I need ( I have never in 14 years abused my medicine, run out, sold them, overdosed etc and they can check my records). Norco is the only prescription med that works and I've tried many many different meds. Also, there is a new rule this month that will make me go without for 4 days every month. Does anyone know of an alternative medicine for the 4 days? Only thing that even slightly works is Kratom which is made of tree bark but makes me so sick I can hardly keep them down. Also tried several types of pot which was a huge waste of money for the license and drugs. Sorry this is so long; I appreciate any help or advice you can give me. Good luck with all your issues as well.

check out that smoke ring. It tasted really good. I smothered it with Maulls BBQ sauce which is Local to St. Louis and one of the best I ever had.....

I was recently separated from my wife of 33 years and it's complicated. Anyway I rented a room about 15 minutes away and I see my kids about once a week. I see the people who own the house I live in once in a while but other than that I stay in my room where I do my cooking, wash dishes in the shower, read, color, and sleep. I get out at least once a day. I grocery shop and I attend 2 meetings...

If you are getting sick on the Kratom, it is because you are taking too much. Try cutting it back. Finding the right dose usually involves trial and error from what I've been told.
You're best bet will be to try a Neurologist or a Pain Management Dr., the Neurologist will probably be the one willing to test and treat you for the Nerve Pain. Pain Management won't be able to do much and they won't want to continue you on Narcotics.
Sorry that's not what you want to hear, but it's kind of that state of where things are at these days.
Good luck in your search.
It is highly doubtful any new doctor would prescribe Norco to a new patient.
What does your state law say about the four days ? Have you read the actual law ? Unfortunately doctors and the media often misrepresent what laws actually mean. Please provide the link to this law.
When I was withdrawing from a bad opioid a bad doctor had me on I had pins and needle feeling in my feet and then they went numb. CBD helped immensely. Tincture or Isolate.
