Chronic Pain Support Group
Physicians and professionalsdefine pain as chronic if it lasts longer than three to six months and is persistent. It's distinct from acute pain that is a direct result of injury or trauma. This support group is dedicated to those suffering from chronic pain. Discuss treatments that have worked for you, find advice for your specific experience, and find support. You're not...
I dont know much about your pain but try doing a google search that may help.
Anyone who has neuralgia, I would love to hear from you & how you cope & what meds or treatments are helping you.
Aren't you afraid of getting hooked on the oxycotin? I am hoping to not have to use narcotics again for the pain..Never found they helped much anyway. phooey..
I have saphenous neuralgia (it's in my leg) so I feel a lot of empathy for anyone who is battling neuralgia... it can be such severe pain and it's not easy to find something that gives relief.
There is a sub-group of this chronic pain group for people with neuropathy... you might find it helpful to join that one also (there is a lot of good info there about neuropathy and neuropathic pain) and perhaps there may be someone with your condition who is a member there. http://www.dailystrength.org/groups/neuropathy
Wishing you all the best,
take care... xxx
