In a broader way, what you are referring to is the distinction between true free market services (best and cheapest driven by competition) and croney capitalism where market forces are suppressed in order to bias in favor for a particular provider (or group of providers). Being an optimist, there are still solid free market capitalist providers out there despite the pressures and bias (we are a bit harder to find, but you will know it when you see it).

CC is one of many things I have in my mind, none of which could be doctors. My favorite idea is he is a pre-teen having fun but whatever kind of person it is it is sooo painfully obvious if you look at all of his posts they are cut/paste!!! He goes looks up stuff copies and pastes. I say this because I consider myself kinda intelligent but more than that street smart so I smell rats and well, my nose is twitching lately!! so as I was saying I am far from stupid and I have not understood a dang thing cc has ever posted!!! so obvious people....
when your life is stuck in bed then in a chair and the only real contact with the human world is through this type of communication. Over the years you learn how to read people by what/how they say things, and other clues to sniff out fakes. I am a huge hound dog and my nose smelt him fist post I ever read. Now for the record THIS IS SOLEY MY OBSERVATION WHICH MEANS IT IS MY OPINION AND THERE IS NO PROOF OF MY ALEGATIONS (so far LOL)./

CC sometimes when I read your replys it feels like I am high and dont get what you are saying LOL and I am a pretty intelligent person.

I think you are looking at it what you read in a book and taking that as being the truth and sure science is science but you have to look at the big picture of things and that is there are to many people who swear by it to discount it. How ever it works it works and that is the bottom line. Maybe not for every single person but then maybe they did not have the right stuff. Plus do not be naive when government is involved the reason it is not totally legal is because big companies who this would hurt donate to political campaigns enough money so it is not legal.

I am publicly and sincerely apologizing to cc. I had no right to write what I did. I was letting off steam and didnt realize how much steam had built up!!! Anyway, I am sorry and DS IS my life!!! I just cant afford to get bannned! I should have kept my opinions to myself. I will work harder on that.

No worries...I have very thick skin and realize these topics will induce A LOT of emotion. The venting is very healthy imo. Truth be told, I am convinced that a large part of what PM docs do is willingly allow venting to be heaped on them. I even tell patients that they will, at times, curse my name, and that they should do so freely...it does help.

I do have a problem with vocabulary....in my book, I went to great pains to dilute and translate it for general consumption (as did the editors)....LOL
