we're ouwn worst citics. this post was not a joke. this is my typing...with one cup of coffee
Sometimes I just go ahead and write out what I want to say and then go back and right click all the underlined words....faster for me:)
Typing is such a challenge, thank goodness for spell check!
It makes me feel stoopid (lol) and plays into my fears which makes it all worse. So.... Sometimes I need to hit refresh - get some sleep! - or be patient with myself.
I can't recall the famous writer who crafted his sentences with such perfection it took him forever to write just one! But in the end the quality was amazing. I think though I'd rather have the chops of Voltaire who wrote Candide in a matter of days (or was it hours?)!
Hang in there everbody,

ps I have dragon dictate but it's awkward on the mac bc it was designed primarily for PC. Amazon and Newegg have it on special often. But I think there is a free app for it for iPods (not sure about ipads) needs wireless access to work (and a mic). I'm saving up for the new IPad3 as that's supposed to have dictation built in. Ok now I'm rambling. And I gotta put this iPod touch down, my neck hurts $&):($!
Goodness, With my brain damage and seizures I am forever having typos, and I constantly leave out words in sentences, or letters in words get mixed-up. I just rely on you guys to read between the lines. Typing is really taxing for me too. And getting out ideas and thoughts really takes an effort for me. My silly brain does not like to work. But if I felt badly every time I made a mistake I would have to quit trying all together. So what I am trying to say is don't be so hard on yourself. We all have limitations here. We all know that and accept that about one another. It is never that difficult on any given post to simply read between the lines. We can think of it as our own special CP code. When someone writes a typo then they are using our secret CP code. Hugs, Cathy
