Chronic Pain Support Group
Physicians and professionalsdefine pain as chronic if it lasts longer than three to six months and is persistent. It's distinct from acute pain that is a direct result of injury or trauma. This support group is dedicated to those suffering from chronic pain. Discuss treatments that have worked for you, find advice for your specific experience, and find support. You're not...

The most likely explanation is that the nerves in your arm have crossed paths so the electrical impulses are getting mixed up. I wouldn't worry too much as long as it isn't causing you a problem using your fingers.
oh you prolly knew my old account, "hopefullyannon"... but that name was stupid so i made this one hehe
and its not really very bothersome, just strange
Yep, nerves are very strange that way.
Have a foot injury that left nerve damage. The nerve connections did not reconnect correctly to the toes. Pinch one - feel it in another. Very strange.
You just have to be extra aware if you hit your hand.
