Hi guys... good morning or evening, whichever is appropriate. Wishing everyone minimal pain... and leaving a pile of hugs and smiles here, for whoever needs some. Though the phugs and huhs seems to have put plenty of smiles on faces already, some extra phugs never go astray in my opinion.

I'm not too sure about this southern breakfast... biscuits and gravy? I assume you are not using the word biscuit in the same way we do... a biscuit to us is what you guys call a cookie. Do you also call cream biscuits cookies? A cream biscuit to us is like an Oreo... two bickies sandwiched together by a creamy filling. So what is this thing that you guys call a biscuit?

Our biscuits ..as referred to here..aren't sweet..they're bread..
Well..shoot..how do you describe a biscuit?

We can ALWAYS use a pile of hugs..and much appreciated.

Hope someone rescues me on this biscuit definition...

A biscuit is made with flour, butter and milk or buttermilk with a little salt.
They are light, fluffy, flaky and great with fig preserves.

They are dropped or rolled and cut and baked til golden brown.
