feeling like a lost soul and getting good advice
openroad
For the last god knows how many years I have felt like a lost soul but having just read Kat's post about incorporating the pain I have and problems of bipolar has really resonated with me. As hard as it seems I plan to try to just get my head around the fact that I won't ever come up with a cure so I have to come up with a plan instead. As hard as is seems it also seems like the best advice I've gotten in a long time and just wanted to put up my own post to show that words can be strong healers. I can't thank Kat enough for finally ringing that bell inside my head that shows me a way to try to deal with these problems instead of just complaining. I'm sure that it won't be easy but I have to try something and this seems like a better idea than most I've heard.
Incorporation will be hard but needs to be done.
I think this resonated with a lot of people here and I wanted my own post out there to show how strongly it has with me.
