This support group is dedicated to those suffering from chronic pain. Discuss treatments that have worked for you, find advice for your specific experience, and find support. You're not...

Four days ago I was having a great day. I was feeling good with my pain around 6 or 7 for most of the day. I thought I was taking it careful. I was never up and moving for more than six or seven minutes at a time. I made sure that I rested for at least an hour between each bout of movement.
I rearranged some of the bins in the back room and got the full bins out of the living room and into the back room. I also got four loads of mixed laundry washed and dried and in a huge pile.
When I went to bed, I was still at a 7 or 8 pain. I was really happy with myself for how much I had gotten done.
The next day I knew I wanted to take it easy, my pain started out hanging out at about 8 or 9. Over my day I got two more loads of laundry washed, dried, and dropped into the pile. (that pile is a good four feet tall - goign to have to poke daughter into putting it away soon!!) I went to bed not feeling quite as good with pain at a solid 9.
Then getting up yesterday was a disaster. I woke up at a solid 10 pain. I tried for hours to get my pain down to tolerable levels... Nothing in my box of tools got me below a 9 for more than an hour. Ten hours later I just gave up and went back to bed.
Today has been more of the same. Hubby says it was the bins I moved days ago. I can only hope that tomorrow will be better. Ug.

I invited Bill to have dinner with me last Sunday. He wasn't willing to drive 7 hours to mid Michigan and teased me with his beautiful ribs!!! So, of course I ate alone and had cedar salmonĀ
