Ok, so I missed high tea. I'm currently making rice pudding--the old fashioned kind, no boxed rice pudding for me!

Anybody stopping by later for some yummy (and NOT low fat) rice pudding?

I thought crumpets were nassty dried out things. Course, I have not eaten any real wheat product in many many years. So I could be rememberring something wrong.

I can use GF bread to make cuc sandwiches for anyone who wants them.

We will make GF scones and GF cucumber sandwiches for Sunnybunn. I will put the pot on to boil. I have some wonderful Murchies Tea left over from Christmas that I will share. I even have some china cups I enjoy using. So tea is on. I will just have to hop on the ferry and make the run for the clotted cream, but it's worth it. Anyone need anything else in Canada while I am up there? LOL. I'll hurry while the water is boiling. Hugs, Cathy

I was sorry I missed tea yesterday but it looks like I'm on time for today's tea.

My mother buys crumpets ... they look like round flat muffins with airy holes like a sponge texture. They're good toasted.
I don't have any crumpets but I made applesauce muffins yesterday and i still have some gingerbread cookies. I'll share those.
