Joined just a few days ago...I suffer from Tarlov Cysyts in my sacrum and a host of other health ailments. I am on the Bi-Polar, Depression, Hidradenitis Suppurativa, Commom Variable Immunodeficiency and now CP boards.

Still looking around but liking what I'm seeing.

Hello, Im AliveAgain, I joined around Dec 2011. I First came to DS for he Polymyositis support group, which I have found to be excellent. Due to my Polymyositis i also suffer from chronic pain and am on medication help with it. I call myself AliveAgain, because I suffered a Cardiac Arrest last year and was clinically dead for 45 mins till they could stabalise me. I spent 5 months in hospital and I had to learn how to walk again, and also had to learn how to take care of myself again. I suffered major organ failure which luckily got all better. Im happy to be avlive and to still be here for my 7 yr old boy. I have found the support groups an excellent place for me to relate with others.

Im Cathy , and I joined DS ,CP September 5 of last year after having sever back surgeries this group has been a great help for me in dealing with the issues of my limitations now . I started out of the DDD board and the Back pain board and then someone from here told me that This board was more active. so I came over here.. and have been here since.

I joined DS in November of 2011 when I went through one of many intense flare ups of pain and sickness. This group saved my life.

I have multiple medical conditions that are structural, immunological, neurological, etc...

Good morning,everyone.IM MADDIE,my husband bought my laptop in may of 2011 as a i love you gift.this is the best thing that he could have given to me.most of you are aware of the fact that i am almost home bound due to many medical issues.i spend some of every day alone.but thank GOD because of you i may be alone,but i know that i dont have to feel alone.i have adopted you loving people as my 2nd family.so it is my prayer today that each one of you will someway know how deep my love and appreication continues to freely flow from my heart to yours.maddie.

Hi Ladies and Gents. I am Jenna and I came to DS originally in 2009 when I was suffering severely with my Bipolar and started on the BP board. Then last summer I was first diagnosed with fibromyalgia and went to that board. As I was diagnosed with more things it was suggested to me to come to this boad. So here I am. Still kicking and screaming. I was a hot mess when I first came onto this board last fall as some of you may remember. But I have calmed down quite a bit since then. I am learning with your help to live with my diseases the best way I can. This board has been a life saver to me!!

I started with the fibromyalgia and myofascial pain syndrome but as new pain problems arose, the chronic pain column seemed the most logical place to be.
