And of course you have to rest when you can. I took care of my dad when he was in a wheelchair and suffering from advanced dementia. I'm not sure how I did it, but the help I got from the State was more hindrance than help. Be careful about people who offer to help and then create even more work and headaches for you.
Carry a notebook or Ipad with you everywhere and write everything down. Do NOT trust your memory, ever.
You must make a list of all that needs to be dealt with and then prioritize them. The stuff that just doesn't have to get done can wait. I agree with Richie that you cannot rely on your memory. The fatigue and cognitive imoairment that goes with CFS is to unoredictable. So do whatever will make life easier - like a tablet or a list on your iphone.
Get some help wherever you can. I hope you have family members, a partner or freinds who can step in and take off some of the load. This is really critical-you do not want to go into a severe crash. It's often hard for us to ask for help, but think of it this way: it's temporary and your kids need you to be as good as you can be when you are with them. If you get help you'll be able to set some time aside for yourself to rest. Best of all luck to you! I so hope you can get some relief. Please let us know how you are!!!

AS Isabelle said, parentling is really not meant to be done alone. "It takes a village", so now is your time to call upon the villagers for help.
You will get through this and as Isabelle also said, your kids will grow up and become independent. AS you take care of yourself you are also modeling for them that doing so is important.
Hang in there and know that we are here for you!
