Im new here and wanted to say hi
I have struggled with my health for years but it has changed my life severely in the last 3 years, i am always looking for answers and a way to get better, but am starting to accept these conditions I have for now whilst always hoping for the best even though this is very hard at times
I am working part time at the moment and this is my only real social interaction as I am now living alone with very little support so although I find working difficult it also keeps me going and keeps me from isolation.
I am hoping to find people who share similar experiences and some help with some questions, It would be great to talk to all types of people but I would love to hear how other people here who are my kind of age (late 20's) deal with things such as possibility of not having children or a partner, social isolation and the feeling like i am missing life at the time when i should be enjoying it the most!

Everyone here understands the challenges and the feelings you have.....you're not alone and this is a wonderful place to come with your thoughts!
You need a good support system --- DS has helped me so much! Good info, ideas........made some wonderful friends who lift me up and listen. And people I can lend support to also......happy to talk via pm or just share in your journey.......I'm tired, kind of foggy, but I'm here!!!!! LOL......hugs and care for your day!

Will look forward to hearing from you and I too have kids who
are grown but will be glad to lend support.
I've been living with it for over 14 years and the silver lining has always been that my kids were in college when CFS came into our lives.
As far as CFS itself goes, I have a lot of experience with that. I can help you figure out what's CFS and what's not or the erratic pattern of symptoms and good days and bad days.
I'm glad you found us. As for rambling, you haven't seen rambling. Your post was brief compared to a lot of posts.

I have a 26-yr-old daughter who is now struggling with all the pain &
limitations you are. She, too, worries she'll never have a life of her own.
She is very isolated, due to the intense fatigue and wonders if she'll
ever work, meet a man who understands, or even find friends.
I worry over her, too, and maybe all of here can aid both of you.
There are many people here who stand by to reach out & help.
You're not alone.
