I'M TIRED OF BEING SICK ALL THE FREAKING TIME...I WANT TO JUST YELL AND SHOUT AND SCREAM AND HAVE A GOOD OLD FASHIONED SELF DEFEATING TANTRUM!
It does me no good, takes my limited energy and flat lines me, so there is nothing positive that comes from it...but sometimes I think I just have to give into my own human frailty.....kick up some dust and gravel, lay down rubber tire tracks and peel out of the sickness parking lot...

(when I was first at home, I listened to old tapes of some of my favorite comedians...and it was healing...restorative... reminded me of the need to hang in there when I couldn't always find my own smile...we need to make time for smiles, little chuckles...take laugh breaks!)
