Is low body temperature a symptom

New here and I don't know anything. I went through a chemotherapy treatment for hep c which kicked my butt. I can't seem to recover and no Drs seem to know what's wrong. I'm had to start 2 drugs for hypothyroid but still feel terrible and my body temperature never comes above 97,some days 94. One Dr suggested chronic fatigue.
I've found some people on DS have better information than the doctors. At least people here will admit they don't know.

I have a low body temperature, 97 something. Sometimes I even feel like I have a fever and it will still not be over 98.6!

My body temp averages at about 96, sometimes dropping as low as 94. I have CFS, but I don't notice a correlation between low temp and symptom exacerbation. Usually when my symptoms are bad, my body temp reads 98.6 and by the time I have a registrable fever, I am usually completely bedridden, lol. I've learned to listen to my body and use the thermometer to monitor fluctuations and nothing more.

I read somewhere online last night that low body temp can be a symptom of CFS.

When I was sick, my temp went up to 98.7 and I felt awful. To me, that was a temperature.

Yep. And if you take your BP lying down, odds are it will go down if you take it 30 seconds after you stand up. Strange but true.

I am new to this forum and saw this post. I also just finished treatment/chemo for Hep C. Had a horrible treatment and the sides and fatigue have not ended. I am 6 months post treatment and the doctors are now saying Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. I have low body temps and basically get chilled very easily, I have no idea if it is from the CFS or from treatment but I am there too.

Low temp, and low blood pressure here.

Along with CFS, I have hypothyroidism, adrenal fatigue, Reynaud's Syndrome, Fibro, multiple chemical sensitivities and hypoglycemia.

Just listing all the ailments to see if others have these overlapping disorders.

My body temp is low 97. something. If I have a 98.6 or higher I know its a fever for me. I also have low blood pressure.

I work in celcius, so I have almost no idea of what everyone is saying here. But my body temperature is generally low. It takes a dive when I overdo it. When I am able to do any exercise, I always take my temperature before and after. If it drops at all it means I have overdone it. I used to be a semi-pro athlete, and this was the method they used to push the athletes to the edge but not over it - by not letting the temperature drop. Now this is the method I use to try to avoid relapse - it teaches me what I can and can't do, what activities are too much for me.

Have had CFS 22 years and a 97 "normal"temp always. My daughter has CFS too and hers is 97.6. Actually have a doctor that understands when it is above that,i actually DO have a fever! Low blood pressure here too, although, now that I am getting older it is coming up nearer normal. Hmmmm. . .does that mean I actually have high blood pressure for me? Hadn't thought about that before!
