If you are dangerously down and scared, please call 911. NOW. Depression is not something to be trifled with. Please call now or get to an ER.

People here on come in spurts and are in different time zones. By the time some of us read posts it's already the next day in the poster's Country.

di brings up a good point. Does anybody know of an on-line chat room for CFS? Sometimes I wake up at 1 or 2 in the morning and there are times when it would be good to talk with someone who understands.

There may be some on facebook, I have fibro as well & belong to a private group & people will get on in the middle of the night & post just looking for someone to chat with & find other night owls!
Just something to try, good luck!

There are lots of groups on FB. There always seems to be someone online anytime of the day, especially the Fibro/CFS combo groups.

Don't give up!! I read that in an article when I was having a very low day, and things have gotten better. I'm on Garlic , which is a form of Glutothione , which has helped with the pain and energy. I had my saline implant removed, which caused a lot of the problem. There is always hope. We know how you feel. Prayers, Isabelle1954

Hi again. I was initially feeling embarrassed that this very old post was reactivated. Now I am reflecting on how much my life has changed since then, thanks to all my kind supportive DS friends. I am so very grateful for all that you have given. I am still ill, but no longer alone and misunderstood with this CFS. Love and healing to all.

Hope you would never feel embarrassed about reaching out for help! It is the best thing any of us could ever do. I would imagine that we've all gone through depression with this illness. I think it is natural when we are feeling so bad. I know that I've dealt with a lot and some days are better than others. The best thing is that we keep trying, keep reaching out for help.. and maybe the future will be brighter for those of us with CFS. Just know that you would NEVER be judged by me. HUGS
