I'm with Jack and Diane in that I want to work with Bruce Campbell's program first that's starting next week on April 13th. They're actually in the class ~ it was already filled when I tried to sign up. So I've mail ordered the book and will work with the free online program.
Here's the link to Bruce Campbell's free online course if anyone else is interested in doing that. If someone wants to register for the official course, they're accepting registrations now for the class that starts July 6th as it's only offered once a quarter.

Of course we're all different and it's wildly confusing how we came to have this illness ~ so what's helpful for one may or may not work for another. But I do think it's hopeful and helpful to hear that there's doctors and medical practitioners who are taking this illness seriously and trying to figure out what can help. I'm really looking forward to hearing what you learn at Stanford. Whether or not it applies to me, I'll be happy that they're trying to help you ~ wishing you all the best!
I'm new to the group. I've had cfs for 21 years (not that I'm counting...) I was wondering if you know how much the Gupta program is. I believe i could benefit from amydala retraining. I've read the amygdala deals with fear and I believe I became susceptible to cfs from a childhood of daily fear. I've done a lot therapy but that hasn't helped the physical stuff.
Thanks!
