I had a good day yesterday.
For the past 2 weeks I haven't been feeling so bad physically but just couldn't get my head together. Kinda spaced out and apathetic not interested in anything..was worried depression might be creeping up on me.
I wiped out by noon on Friday and slept straight thru Saturday and Sunday. Woke up at 3:00am yesterday morning feeling recharged. Got to work early, worked late, had a pretty demanding day and held up well. Got home then had to go back out to pickup my son. Then I went for a walk , by then I was beginning to see double but had enough left in me to hang out for a bit with my son and share a few laughs about his day.
Went to sleep about midnight, pleased about my good day.
The bad days outnumber the good so I think its important to celebrate each one. Perhaps you'd like to share your good days with me.

I can't, off the top of my head, remember my last good day. I'll think about for a while. I think it was in September.
I also have good food to look forward to. The kind that I can make easily or my daughter has an interest in making or help making.
Starting tomorrow my youngest will be at his dad's until Tuesday afternoon. This is a big help for me because I have had a very hard week. No guilt for not doing enough with him, and I am free to go places if I am up to it. Which leads to...
Every Friday a neighbor has a board game group. I don't go when I have my youngest. 2 weeks ago I didn't because I didn't think I could sit through a game. This time I think I can.
I kind of cheated adding things to look forward to. But having things to look forward to really helps me. In fact it helped make today a better day.
