I was wondering what kind of shampoo & condtioner is gluten free and good for your hair. I have hypothyroidism and I have eliminated gluten from my diet and it's helped my symptoms, most of them. My hair is really dry, my scalp itches like crazy all the time and tangles are relentless. It's falling out and is also very thin so I don't have room for much hair loss. I use tresseme but tommorow I am going to start using garnie fructis. I really love my hair, and I want it to look and feel good again. I don't want to have to cut it off. Any help would be so greatly appreciated.
Also I am having alot of acne break outs, and not just isolated to my face but my body. I have been using a body wash with acne treatment in it and exfoliating but nothing is working. Anyone have this problem or know how to help?
This is really depressing for me. I am starting to feel better and now my hair and skin look terrible. I have been working really hard to lose weight and get healthy and now this. So frustrating.

Is anyone here allergic to Sulfa that is currently taking Diamox? I have been diagnosed with IH now for almost 2 years. I am allergic to Sulfa drugs meaning that my throat will swell up so my Neurologist put me on Topamax. I was suffering from major loud whoosing noises and the topamax helped that but everyday I still hear those mainly between 6 - 12 pm. I am at my wits end and have not went...
The hair is the mirror of the kidneys so the best way to help it recover is to drink at least a pint of water each night and morning and the same amount before each meal.... It really does work, mine is almost recovered now , and I used Fructis too...good luck
The skin is the mirror of the lungs ,so you could try going dairy-free for a while, the extra water will be a big help here too make sure you get plenty of fresh air and exercise......sorry I have to go, would like to hear how you get on...see you soon, Jennie
