You are a lucky Caregiver to have the support of your children. Some Caregivers are going it alone & need help from outside sources.
Have you planned a Respite trip yet? Respite is time away to refresh yourself & press the reset button. Respite is important to your physical & emotional health as a Caregiver.

I do feel for you. It can be very lonely and often a time of grieving for lost dreams. I have my husband for support and am totally astounded at the strength of carers who care for their spouse with little or no support.
