I found a spot under my right nipple ( inside of skin) it's sore to touch. Should I be worried? It's very hard to see a doctor here and I don't want them to get angry if I push to be seen. I am 36 yr old male

could it be a zit? I know men get breast cancer but breast cancer is usually more of a lump than a spot.
