1. I borrowed money from my in laws and never told my partner
2. I bankrupted my family and hid the financial issues for 1 year by hiding the mail and changing the delivery days.
3. I stopped paying the mortgage and hid that fact until the home was almost lost.
4. I cheated more than once with 2 other people
5. I moved out of my home and left my two children
6. I asked for a divorce after all of this and still want alimony and do not want to pay child support.
If you were a divorce court judge, what would be the verdict?

Just thought I would join this group now that I am a widower. My wife passed away May 28th. She was "The Wind Beneath My Wings". When I met her, I was a drunken, dope smoking, fighting, hell raising biker. She told me if I could get rid of the inner storm within me, that I could be a blessing to people. God placed her in my path to stop me. I have been drug and alcohol free now for 53...

My husband and I got our foster license last month, after 3 years of hard work (we had to start over multiple times due to family dramas and Mom's open heart surgery). We spent a year preparing the whole house, guest rooms, and children's bathroom for older kids of 7 yr old and up. Then we got a call that we have been approved to receive twin newborn premies. What, what?!! Babies!? Premies?!...

You are a male who wants your wife to pay you alimony but you do not want to pay her child support for your "wonderful" children?
Is this the wife whose parents you "borrowed" from but didnt pay back?
After all you did to your family, you think your wife should pay you alimony but you shouldnt pay child support for your "wonderful" children?
Good luck with that. I'm wondering if this is a troll.
Still you never know.
Clearly you or your spouse has betrayed this family, including the children and I find it sad that this parent would think they have no responsibility where their children are concerned. This parent should be worried about their future relationship with these kids because most likely they will be aware of this and feel abandoned and betrayed by that parent. My siblings and I experienced this with our dad and I wish no other child would ever have to go through that.
Best wishes to your family.
Whether someone "wants" to pay child support is irrelevant. Depending on where you reside, there are very clear rules and guidelines to follow regarding this. It's not an option. Cheating is unfortunately also almost irrelevant as well.
I agree with how you originally posted this, it was generally assumed this was a male pulling these things, although I have to have faith that the responses would be the same had the general public known, by posting this gender neutral, you recieved what I believe to be honest responses.
Best of luck with your future.
