I was talking to a friend who lives near the airport, and it got me thinking about where I would go if I could just get on any plane today. I decided Rome, yep, say Hi to the pope, visit the sistine chapel, see the fountains, retrace the steps from the Dan Brown book Angels and Demons. Dinner tonight at Sabatini's, and OK, since I'm inviting, dinner's on me.
Where would you go today, if you could?

I have a bucket list of items that I would like to accomplish and it just so happens that traveling to Scotland is on it. I am a Historian and have done Genealogical work on my family for 30 years. I Have one line of my mothers side way back. To Robert De Bruce, of Braveheart fame. The Castle that my family occupied is still there albeit in ruins, but my dream is to one day step foot on the ground that the McCurdy clan did in the 1300's.. Thank you so much for letting us share. I'd tour Japan. Experience the madness of the cities, the beauty of the towns and the serenity of the spiritual retreats.

I'm Korean so Seoul it would be - then off to visit friends and family. I would bring my mother, sister and daughter and do a whole generational girls trip.
