When will it end

This april will be 2 years since my ex and I split. We are not in contact at all but I still find myself thinking of him, dreaming of him, and even going as far as checking his social media and his girlfriends social media. I hate that I do that its so pathetic I know! I just cant stop thinking of him for some reason. Wtf is wrong with me. Idk what to do with myself. I want these thoughts and feelings to go away.

How have you been spending the last 2 years? I see from your other posts that you and him have a son together. That does make it challenging to get over your ex, when you have to see him still, for your son. Have you tried therapy? That might help you to move past this. It does take some time, and it is hard, but you are young, and it's been 2 years, and I think it's about time you get your life back! :) You deserve it. But we usually have to be proactive in getting past an ex. Have you dated at all, spent time with friends and family, tried some new hobbies, etc?

I understand where you're coming from. My ex and I split in 2013 and he still crosses my mind. I think it can really be about making a place for him that is healthy. Because I think you will think of him. You will wonder about him. And sometimes trying to force yourself to stop just puts more pressure on you. But I do hope you find a way to allow it to be a healthy part of you. Have you considered talking to anyone about this?

    I'm horrified!  I knew my insurance would go up due to getting a new car but I didn't expect it to go up over $2,000.  I did have an accident with the snow/ice in the winter.  I was just telling my brother that I have had my car since March 2, 2026 and have only spent $75 on an oil change.  Now this!  I called another insurance company and their quote was over $4,000.  I guess I have to pay...
