Shit....Nova. That isn't even funny. I would never corrupt in my job and I am one of the few uncorruptables. Now in my personal life, I may have gotten fustrated with my dating situation and I may be acting out a little lately. LOL

That is ok Nova.....a dirty cop is below the lowest piece of human trash that exists. Police should be standards of living and provide good examples when at work and when at home. I can't stand these guys that I work with that are married and they sleep around. My profession happens to be one of the worst professions for this and I look at these people in absolute disgust. How can they put on a badge and enforce laws when they are going out all the time and committing one of the most evil acts out there....adultry. It is not enforced much these days as society's standards are so lax....but it is so wrong. I can't count the number of domestics and other issues that I have worked because of things like this.

People who cheat on their spouses are so wrong and I see them a the scum of the earth. They are right up there with rapists! Both crimes are horrible and they destroy people's lives!

I have been cheated on and my life wasn't destroyed. I have been in a love triangle and the couple came back together even stronger. Cheating is wrong but it is not the same as RAPE! That is utter nonsense. Rape is about power. Cheating can be very painful but it is concensual at least with the two cheating parties. And if one is married to someone who is just a cheater by nature, then they did you a favour by showing their true colours. Now you can move on with your life.

Cheating is bad but it is nowhere near rape. I find that comment offensive. I have a mother, a sister, a best friend and an ex-wife who were all victims of Rape and believe me they are still living that nightmare. I am over my ex-spouses infidelity and have moved on. Hell, we are even friends now.

Sorry Heave, you are super awesome but I think mistaken on this point.

Rape is a crime of power. The worst part about rape is that it leaves a different person in its wake. It is like taking the most pure part of a person's being and destroying it.

Cheating is in the same ballpark. Ok, admittedly so, it isn't quite as bad, but close. Think of a marriage being a pure thing. Then someone comes in and destroys it (it takes two consenting people but the third is the victim in this case and they didn't consent to any of this).

This is why I say this. Cheating is very very very wrong. It does shatter people's lives. Think of it, some people are also scarred for life and they can never trust again as a result of the two crimes.
