What am I afraid of?

I'm sitting here @ Starbucks reflecting and it hit me......I'm terrified....but I don't know what it is that I'm afraid of. Is it because I feel like I have been emasculated by the events of my marriage, the unknown, am I afraid of falling into deep depression....I just done know. I always like to have my life planned out......now I just hold on for dear life.What happen to me, I use to be so confident?

What are you afraid of what's the one think that is gnawing on you and do you know why?

I like venti skinny caramel macchiato, but I'm thinking of branching out

any suggestions?

I'm not afraid, but I'm holding all my boldness back for awhile more.

Not afraid of much really. Just the normal (for me) work related issues of wondering when some psycho may come into the store and rob us, etc. Ya, working in the ghetto is just SOOOO awesome! It totally sucks that people are allowed to carry guns here.....and they just walk right in with them!!! Yet, I am not allowed to have one due to company policy.........

I'm scared of the future.

Because I'm so unhappy about the present.

I didn't use to feel this way. And I hate feeling this way more than anything.

For me... I think I'm afraid of the unknown. How will things be when all is said and done, will I second guess the decision that I was once so confident about, am I making the right decision, and am I doing right by my kids... My mind is constantly racing, but I think mainly, its fearing that I made the wrong decision

I'm afraid I'm not really worthy of being loved. I'm afraid there is something wrong with me. I'm afraid that I will never be the same. I'm afraid I've been carrying these fears and doubts for so long that they can no longer stay hidden. I feel weak and worthless. And that's just not me.

I'm so sorry to hear your pain you found a good place to gain your strength. Fear is not prejudice, and it is color blind so you are not alone. We all came here to find support, we did not choice this fate it was thrust upon us.

to be honest I'm afraid of being alone witch is silly cause I have a Daughter I won't be alone. I'm afraid to put my self out there again only to get hurt again. I'm afraid lots of things, I'm only 28 and this will be my second divorce, I don't pick the right ones. I pick the ones that have not grown up, the ones with issues. I don't know why I just do I guess its because I have some problems and it makes me feel like I don't deserve better. I really got to work on my self esteem.

I'm afraid that this weight I am carrying around...anguish and sadness...will never be lifted. I want to breathe fresh air again and not feel like I am sucking for breaths. I am also afraid I will never love someone again like I did my ex. Or that someone won't love me again.
