Since the break up, I can't get enough of walking. I have two dogs and I want to take them out all the time - I think I could walk for miles. I am finding that it is a good way to clear my head. Maybe it's because there are too many memories of him in the house. How do you get rid of memories? I have put away everything he ever gave me, but I can't change my whole house! Is anyone here allergic to Sulfa that is currently taking Diamox? I have been diagnosed with IH now for almost 2 years. I am allergic to Sulfa drugs meaning that my throat will swell up so my Neurologist put me on Topamax. As far as erasing the memories, that's a bit more difficult. Memories typically trigger my blah/blue moments. You just have to deal with them--cry if you need to. And as Survive suggested, make new ones.
