I reaize no one can answer that for me. I really need some insight from "anyone who's been there" .
As I replied to the prev. post on forgiveness.... It seemed partially relevent to my situation.
FINANCIALLY - we had a deal. I held up my end (huge amt.) ... he benefitted greatly....... His end - nada.
I never thought I would have to draw up a contract w/own husband.
TIME - he works very long hours. (I know he's exhausted, has req. no conversation... Try 2 respect that).
PROBLEM - while he's tired & a vegging in front of TV, if I do something else, he's Angry @ that !!!
It feels like a No Win situation. Is it?
We are in marr. conslg........ Very little progress..... :(

Is anyone here allergic to Sulfa that is currently taking Diamox? I have been diagnosed with IH now for almost 2 years. I am allergic to Sulfa drugs meaning that my throat will swell up so my Neurologist put me on Topamax. I was suffering from major loud whoosing noises and the topamax helped that but everyday I still hear those mainly between 6 - 12 pm. I am at my wits end and have not went...

I really do have to remember, what's his issue is his issue.....
and mine r mine.....
Again TY.
She is always nagging me and it gets so annoying sometime. I'd slap her but then she will claim spousal abuse. So, I just imagine myself slapping her.
Sounds like you may want more out of the relationship and sounds like hs is fine with what is going on and somehow continues to try to control what you do while he is doing what he wants to.
If he is going to counseling with you, I can only hope the counseling will clear some clouds for you.
best wishes and welcome to the group
Yes, he does go to marriage counseling with me. They won't allow just one person to go to that. I do want a person to holds up to their end of an agreement. When he's relaxing, fine. Just don't make (or try to) do the same if I need to do something else. That's when I want less in the relationship, less aggravation.
#4.... I'm anything but a nag. I've written on here, since it's supposed to be a supportive place. I agree with you, better to not be with someone you want to hit.
