I came to DS a few years ago, in a lot of pain, met some great people then left. Along the way I met some wonderful, supportive people, who showed me how to deal with the pain of being rejected by my wife. I am now revisiting this place, mostly reading what all the newer members have to say. The people are different, but the pain is the same. It's like a revolving door of failed relationships, pain and rejection. I'm sure this has always been the case and it will always hold true for the people who will come here in the future. This is like a club, so to speak. Once you come here, you'll probably never forget the experience. We all share similar stories and can relate with one another on a whole new level.

So, I just wanted to say that for the new people, you aren't alone. So many people who have been through what you are going through have made it through this very painful process with success. I wish I could fast forward life and show you a glimpse of how much better you will be some time down the road. Just keep hanging in there, talking and listening to how others have coped with this devastating pain. It will get better.
