Tonight I cry myself to sleep knowing my marriage is over. I can't hsndle the abuse anymore, I can't handle the game or the constant accusations that I'm cheating. My heart is breaking.

Find a local group that can help you navigate through this, shit gets real! I'm working with Jewish Family Services, but you don't have to be Jewish to work with them, and they have been so helpful and supportive. They assigned me a caseworker, and she has been guiding me through the very rough waters I've been trying to sail on as I separate from/divorce my abuser.

You do not need abuse and darn sure not accusations after all you have been through I know you're dealing with so much right now so you made some great progress don't let this set you back. From what little I know sounds like he has a hero complex and now that you've been getting better he can't send it summit little I know it's sounds like he has a hero, what and now that you been getting better he can't stand it just trying to take your focus off of healing stop treating you bad. Knowing what little I do I just feel like he's been holding you back from the whole healing process all along. You're better than thus you deserve better than this. You deserve to be healthy physically mentally emotionally and you deserve to be in a relationship that is healthy someone that supports you getting where you need to be remember your self worth you are a beautiful person with a beautiful heart and you deserve the best you're a survivor don't let anyone keep you a victim

Im So sorry. It sounds like you made the right decision. It sounds like you had to be the strong one and stand up for what's right. It sounds like you were the one who said enough is enough. You drew the line in the sand. You recognized the abuse. You recognized the game. You got out while there was still life in you to make a change. No one should have to endure abuse. Don't pound yourself. Don't condemn yourself. You saved your life. Im not ignoring your pain. I know there is a grieving process. And it is going to hurt for awhile. But you deserve more. You are valued and you are worth so much more. Can you find yourself a counselor and get healthy once again? You won't believe the difference. Be brave. Be the strong woman that you are. You WILL get thru this! And believe it or not, you will smile again!

I'm horrified! I knew my insurance would go up due to getting a new car but I didn't expect it to go up over $2,000. I did have an accident with the snow/ice in the winter. I was just telling my brother that I have had my car since March 2, 2026 and have only spent $75 on an oil change. Now this! I called another insurance company and their quote was over $4,000. I guess I have to pay...

We all have 24 hours in a day. How we spend these hours is important. Watching a little bit of a video about how sitting affects us made me aware of how much sitting and laying down I do. Gonna have to work on that.Your turn. Tell me another truth.
