about what are the things that are REALLY, TRULY important in life
and what things I have been treating like they're important (distractions, worries etc) that really aren't.
fit right in line with your thought in this moment, right?
We are all right where we are supposed to be in this exact moment.
Some moments are painful, but life is not static, its ever changing, and most everything is temporary...including pain.

grief
is about honouring what you had by crying over what was lost
pain
is a call for you to find and use the necessary tools for healing, physical or emotional bandages, casts, or therapies
and anger
is a call to action, to stand up taller, stronger, to work smarter not harder

I think my, or your experience right now, are not at all uncommon.
Find your way to hang on. That's about all you can do in this stage.
