It was a long relationship. I still struggle some days but it's getting much better. Give it time, it's been a year for me (13 months actually) and I figure probably another year to really feel better. It is what it is.

Mine too after 24 years but I don't focus on her as much as I used to,

just wanted to send a hug out to everyone who is having a tough day. i am too, in the anxious restless lost sort of way. it can be as torturous as crying sometimes. especially because it can last for days and never get relief. may we all be able to claim peace for ourselves.

Don't mean to pry but why are there phone bill issues after a year and a half? I got all that split up pronto when she left. That could really be prolonging your pain. Contact is just deadly when hurting still.

Kept myself busy this morning. Got invited for a family bday out to eat. Last place we ate dinner fiur Valentine's day prior too the I'm not in love with you bomb. Thought since this was 2nd time since hee left I would feel better.
25 yrs & my Moving on is definitely not at his pace. Prayers to all
