I don't remember any bad food dates but I do remember a bad food party. I have light blue carpets in my office and served mini baby back ribs with barbeque sauce. Guess where they wound up? Oh, the pain!

When I was a kid these real hippeis moved into a cabin in the mountains near my parents cabin. They had kids about our my age and we would play together in the summertime. One day the invited me over for applesuace. I liked apple sauce and went over.
From here it got freaky. The earth mother took some green apples put them in a bowl of milk added some sugar and boiled that down.
Then she mashed the apples (whole apples) then gave us each a smashed apple in a bowl with with the milk. Gross.
It gets worse. I didn't eat mine so she ate it.
Then she took all the bowls and liked them all clean with her tongue and put them back in the cupbaord. Her husband said earth mother has good saliva that keeps the dishes clean and safe to eat from.
I never went back.
I too remember Z's scary dates!
One date that I had reminded me why you do not eat Mexican food on a first date, especially if you are going to go somewhere else afterwards.... movies were mighty smelly.... and he didn't even excuse himself (first and last date)....
I wonder how Earth Mother bathed the kids!!!!
