If an addict is not willing to get required therapy and truly work address his condition, there is nothing you can do to change him other than go down with the ship trying.
The first part of the question is simple: No treatment = dump him.
The second part is not: i.e treatment does not equal trust.
With only two years into a relationship, I would be wondering how much more time I would be willing to give before giving up.
I say run as fast and hard as you can! Today's Internet and women who are willing to commit crimes against other women (i.e. women who knowingly 'help' a man cheat on their significant other) makes the problem even more difficult for so-called "addicts" to overcome. Think of your health and well-being, because he isn't and never will.
Sex is only meaningless to meaningless men. Find yourself a man worthy of your love and fidelity.
Not all men screw around but, sadly, my guess is that about 80% will. Be very careful when man shopping.
He needs to go get help and even that process takes loooong!
Separate yourself and you will see: no more yeast infections. Do a little research and you will find they are associated with multiple sexual partners.
Forgive me the personal recommendation, but I believe you TRULY need to get away from this guy before you are stuck with a disease for life. And I seriously recommend a visit to your gynecologist asap. In fact, it was recommended to me that I go every three months for a year after parting from my sex addict. And I did. And every time I laid back and hoisted my legs up into those darned stirrups I used the moment to remind myself how wise it was to stay away from him.
I hope I haven't over-shared, it's just that when I put the words to the "YI"... alarm bells, sirens, coyotes howling, you name it, starting going off in my head!
