A group of Mexican restaurateurs in Monterrey have got together to create what may be the world's largest taco.
The current record is an 82st, 16ft-long taco, made in Houston, Texas in 2002.
But the Mexicans say their taco is 32ft-long, weighs over 94st and was made from 480 wheat tortillas stuck together and filled with meat and cheese.
Guinness World Records says they are waiting for the organisers to send them evidence of the taco before they can verify if it's a world record.
Felipe Rodriguez, one of the restaurant owners, is hoping to bring the title south of the border.
He said: "The taco is a symbol of Mexico, it's not possible that the United States holds the Guinness record."
