Well...for a long time I had my aunt, uncle, and two cousins as friends on my FB...and then over last weekend, my dad, my mom, and grandpa all got set up on facebook...so, I went ahead and friended them...lol...my mom is totally loving FB...but whats weird is that my friends have been sending friend requests to my mom!! I guess maybe that just means I have an awesome mom?? idk...but I have also been getting friend requests from people from the church I went to in California...thats kinda weird to me since I didn't really talk to them a whole lot out there and now its been 12 years since I ever saw any of them...but, whatever...lol

As far as the anal gland cleaning subject...its gross...my mom's dog gets impacted anal glands about every year...and he hates having them cleaned out...lol...he screams like a girl when they do it..anyway..just thought I'd share that with you Rman

Add your Mom and clean those glands! You don't want her rubbing her butt on the carpet do you? I'm talking about Lily not your Mom. That would be silly for your Mom to rub her butt on the carpet. She doesn't even HAVE anal glands! Thank god. Jeez, what if we did have anal glands? I mean, WTH, would we have to have them professionally cleaned or could we do that ourselves? And would that be another thing we'd have to worry about? Do my anal glands feel fresh? Think about the commercial revenue. Think about the ads! 24 hour Gland Aid. But as for anal gland cleaning...it's also called "expressing the anal glands" and I believe that dogs normally are able to do this naturally when they poop, but sometimes it doesn't happen and the glands can get inflamed or infected. So a good groomer will express them/clean them. It is allegedly very smelly and disgusting, but that's why we pay them so much. My sister is a groomer. And you know when you see a dog scooting his butt on the floor...they may be trying to express their glands themselves. Then it may be time to call Stanley Steamer for the carpet!
