i loathe Facebook.

I'm not normal. My mom, grandmother and my pastor are all my friends on fb. And I know why they do anal gland cleanings.

Needless to say I pretty much only use fb to check out pics of my nieces and nephews

my mom is my fb friend. she also "friends my friends"

she is obsessed. whatever!

when she starts sending my crap, etc i tell her "if you don't stop sending me crap or writing werid stuff on my wall i will delete you"

she has been on her best behavior ever since. but i know she is lurking..

who cares, for me, i'm an adult and i feel like such around my family so i am not really nervous ab my mom seeing anything "racy". but you have mentioned that ur parents treat you like a kid so there may be a different dynamic there.

Thank god for elderly non-computer savvy parents.

you can add her, but go into privacy settings and do customized blocking so she can see very little. or nothing or set up a different account and put her on that one. Then it can be just you and her chatting away.
If it was me - I'd poke my eyes out first before i put her on as a friend
