I have been wanting to go out on the boat and scoup up a dozen crabs while I was out sailing (they swim on top of the water like that in the summer) and then steam them for dinner while I have been out at anchor. Problem is that the crabs are so darn thinned out that you rarely see them anymore!

Favorite: Lobster dinner
Favorite soup: Lobster or Seafood bisque
Favorite Place: Phillips' Seafood House in OC, MD

2nd choice: Any all you can eat seafood buffet with shrimp, clams, scallops....mmm

My hand-down favorite is VERY fresh mussels with marinara sauce.

Anything involving shrimp; I love Mexican or Italian dishes w/shrimp; shrimp ceasar salad.

Salmon or tuna steak. Sushi w/very good quality fresh tuna.

Gumbo. Jamabalya. West Indes Salad (which is a marinated salad made w/lump crabmeat.)

I LOVE most any kind of seafood 'cept calamari.
