King crab rules!!! We have a lot of options being on the coast. I think my fav. is the "SandDollar" here in Jax on the intercoastal right were the ferry crosses! Great place, very casual and inexpensive, fresh sea food and live bands on the weekends out on the deck. We can do that pretty much year round here in sunny Florida!

Just rub it in happy. I will sail by there someday down the ditch on my way to the Bahamas. We will have to have seafood there when I am going by! LOL

Favorite fish is either salmon, tilapia, swordfish or flounder. Never had one I didn't like, though tuna is my least favorite.

It is a few years off....Going to be a while before I sail south for the winter. Still, you have to bring the beer because Wine doesn't belong on a pirate ship.. Grog would be better :P

I love anything seafood. Favortie is crab and clams and calamari. Favortie soup Seafood chowder. Love to go to Legal Seafood when I am on the East coast. No good seafood places around here. They do not know how to cook seafood in the Midwest.

We use to take a gallon of unwashed oysters out to Indiana when we went out there to visit my Grandfather. He acted like we were bringing him GOLD! LOL. He loved oyster stew and fried oysters. We use to get them right from the oystermen when I was younger.

Favourite Fish - fried white fish or splake - cooked by my mom of course - her Dad was a commercial fishere knows how to cook fish!

Fav fish is rockfish...fried. Yum. Or baked with it. Here is a bad one for you.

Take bacon and put it on the bottom of the pan.
Place the rockfish on top. Sprinkle old bay one top of the rockfish. Cover with foil.

Bake at 400 for 30 minutes. Take the foil off and bake another 10 minutes with the foil off. Yummmy. This is boneless skinless filets that is.

Is boiled crawfish seafood?
I don't think so, but it kicks a$$!!!

I know I don't like mullet. I tried it when I was 11. My momma said to throw it back, but I didn't listen. I don't like mullet...
