Do you think my guests would be offended if I served bacon cheeseburgers as an Hors d'oeuvre? I'm planning a formal holiday party with pizza and tacos as the main entre. I've been planning this party for a long time...since this morning at 10:17am, to be exact...
You might want to dip the bacon in applesause and blow some smoke on it before you cook it...I would say 1/2 a pack of Camels ought to do.
And if you get the spray chees from 7-11 and spray it on a plate on the counter and let it sit out overnight I would say that qualifies as aged cheddar to me.
